I have same issue as you. I think the best solution would be software that would operate on a schedule and do this for you at times you choose... (like at the office). It would be a great feature for G-Profile.

Actually, no, not with any ROM. The Sprint stock ROM does NOT include the option to go Roaming Only. That is why I attached the cab.
Most(haven't tried them all, so I can't say for sure
) custom ROM's have the option built into their ROM's tho(as I stated).
