press ##3282# which spells DATA it will ask you for you MSL which is your lock code it is six digits. You can get this number from customer care by pressing *2 Send make sure to write it down and keep it. After you enter the MSL you will press menu and restore this will update your data profile and should fix your problem. if not just press ##and your MSL then # and press menu and ok and it will reprogram your phone.
