Ok after a day with this theme i got used to it quickly. For making it slide like iphone, you have to go to Author mode, and go to Pages, then select Properties form the list.
You should get the page options menu, choose Gestures tab, and make sure Slide to change Pages is selected, hit OK.
Now go to Pages Tab, and if your located on the first page while editing things, on the previous page choose Desktop_02 from the list, and if you only have 2 pages , Desktop_02 should be selected as Next Page:... too, otherwise if you have 3 or more pages then you should select the corresponding one.
Im having 3 pages for the moment, and they all work fine while sliding from each other.
