Have you ever heard of a website called Google? It's really cool, it will get you anything and everything you want to know. Or there is a big button at the top of the site called "SEARCH". Please use it, because your question has been answered MANY times.
For now, aGPS on Verizon, which is the only way it can come in a cab, is not working. You can only use Standalone GPS, which requires flashing. You have to have data access for aGPS as well.
