Regarding the clocks, go to the ac-s2 page / S2U2 and then scroll down to the bottom where you'll see "Download clock the clock pack", right next to it, you'll see a Readme.txt. Give that a read, it's pretty simple.
I've been able to do everything on S2U2 from his website because I don't like the huge threads he has. So look in there.

AFAIK the only way to get weather on the s2u2 screen if you used the editor is to turn TF3D off, I don't know why it hasn't been fixed yet....
If someone knows different please speak up
