Have you tried to edit the registry and add these values?

HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL AGPS\EnableAGPS = 1
HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL AGPS\GPSMode = 4
HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL AGPS\ServerIP = 216.198.139.92
HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL AGPS\ServerPort = 8889

Those are the settings for verizon GPS
More info in this post if you havent read it yet http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...&postcount=214

As for going back to a stock ROM, are you using Activesync or WMDC on your PC to sync your data? either way, just connect your phone to your PC, wait until connected and synched and then doubleclick the ROM you want to use from the manufacture (should be a exe file)

The "update" process should begin, just follow the steps and go to town
