So I called Asurion tonight after going to phoneclaim.com and getting this message:
"We apologize for any inconvenience; however, for your protection, further verification is required to file your claim. Please contact us at 1-800-584-3666 and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to further assist you" and was told that I would be sent another refurbed Mogul.
The reason I am getting the message above is because this claim will be my 3rd in a calendar year and they have to tell me that I cannot make anymore claims.
