Ok. The issue where we couldn't add borders to the call progress buttons without turning them pink has been fixed. The problem was that, for some reason, the dialer uses the 5th pixel in the call progress button images to determine the transparent color and i noticed the buttons were all 1 pixel squared bigger than they needed to be. All i did was draw my border 1 pixel in on all sides and poof, we got transparent bordered buttons on all screens.

I've updated it in the zip in first post and i'm also attaching only those 6 buttons for those who just want to replace them.

Also if you wish to get rid of the carrierlogo or text on the dialer screens you can download the attached carrierlogo.zip and replace\add it to \Windows. You will need to soft-reset for it to take affect.
