i don't know if VMware still has this advantage over parallels but it used to be the only one that let you run the virtual machine off of a bootcamp partition. It is WAY faster this way.
Otherwise... Markspace's Missing Sync for WM. It's pretty slick. I have the WM version and my sister has the Blackberry version. Markspace fills in what Microsoft AND Apple didn't care about
: communication and Integration.
Personally, I like that it will import (or sync) all my photos with iPhoto. But unless your doing more than that...iPhoto will do that itself if you attach your TP as a usb drive.
