I just got my replacement phone, (ATT Fuze), and I am attempting to flash a HardSPL to the device. I run the application as normal, and I upon either loading the SSPLManual, the screen goes black, (as it should), but then ActiveSync notifies me that it has been unplugged, and Windows (desktop), notifies me that hardware has been removed. THe connection to the device is lost, and a soft-reset is required to bring my device back out of the black screen. Is there a way around this to get the HardSPL to install?
EDIT: Nevermind, I got it to work by plugging in the device after I had it in boot loader mode. It's installed now.
