Tell them u cant get online and ur screen keeps poping up error 67.
When they ask u to go to ##3282#, and give u a code to enter, each code they give u tell them it says invalid, if they tell u to enter another menu besides the ##3282# tell them it doesnt do anything it just sites there, cause thats what mine is doing and there sending a another one to me free woohoo
