Okay, I will read more about this. I've read a lot already, and haven't seen in the guides anything yet about the need for unlocking_and_hardspl the phone - so I got a bit surprised, and thought maybe unlocking and hardspl is the same...will do some more reading
EDIT: I've read some, and before I go further, I got one question:
The unlocking issue, is that only for CDMA Diamond phones? 'Cause I got a GSM Diamond
