i don't think we should remove the old shortcuts, just add a button in the config window so it is an option to run from there...
as shaggy has explained a little further. not sure, but my OEM may not put the cleanram link in the start menu, i moved the .lnk in my personal OEM to the start>programs. forget which OEM i upped though... lol
