(I've got his attention now) he tranfers me to a supervisor and i proceed to tell him that i have had it for 17 days, i need a replacement and to take off the bill for the last replacement because i'm not paying 600 bucks for basicly a diamond with baggage. he processes my cliam and i power down from super saiyen level 10 and allow him to live. but then he tells me that i will be charged for this replacement if i do not return the broken one.......so that means i now have a $1200.00 bill and a jacked up phone!!!!! does anyone feel my pain and anger???? on a serious note, i think we really must look into a solution for this common problem, is flashing our phones causing this. opinions?? please let me know

Sorry to hear about your troubles man. I'd be so heated...I just got my phone in yesterday and it was brand spanking new. I don't have insurance and I paid $55. I'm gonna send my old phone back today and I will definitely be monitoring the situation closely so they don't try to stick me with a 1200 bill!
FYI, I never flashed my phone a single time and I had the KB crap out. I bought it from best buy back in August of 08. My guess is, it has something to do with the heat problems. I stream music and always open the phone cause it gets hot. I think over time it melts something in there and causes the KB to become flaky and eventual die. That's just my .02 cents though..I constantly have my phone on the charger cause the battery life is so terrible..
