Is your phone set to connect via ActiveSync or USB mode when you connect to your computer?
Check the setting here
Start Menu > Settings > Connections > USB to PC
Make sure you have it set on Disk Drive instead of ActiveSync.
I know that the menu says "USB to
PC" but it will work with Apple computers. I've tranferred files on my Mac G4 in this mode before.
