Yeah, all of the newer AT&T Roms come with it pre-installed, but only activates if you open the program. I learned that the hard way also, and had to hard reset. You can check to see if it is listed in the add/remove program section , but I don't believe it is.

Another thing you can try is to open file explored, go to my device/ windows/ startup, and see of it is listed there and delete it.
