for a software update i believe there would have to be some major fixes in it. Currently I don't believe there are any major issues that htc would consider a fix being needed for. Like you said the gps issue, to me that isn't an issue. I have no problem with my gps. of course it takes some time to connect because its not instant but no gps service is, not even the portable ones. But i am waiting for an upgrade to speed up the touch flo, and hopefully they will wait long enough to put tf3d2 on the touch pro, but i really doubt htc and sprint would want to do that.
