Same for me w/ the All Settings button on the TF3D Tab.
As far as the double icons, they are repeated in the \Windows\Start Menu\Programs folder.
That's why you see them twice. Deleting one of the shortcuts, eliminates the double icons.
For example;
RSSHub, Audio Booster and Youtube are here
\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
and they are also here
\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Multimedia
Over the last week, I've tried several 6.5 roms.
Finally, Sunday I decided to come back to this one, since I haven't had any issues.
No lockups on this rom for me, and battery life is pretty good.
