Definitely try a regular SD card, rather than a micro w/ adapter. That's my 1st guess. Also, if you're still running WM5, there's an issue with recognizing anything over 4 GB. You really only need a 1GB card for flashing purposes. I have a 2GB in my phone for daily use and a 1GB I use solely for flashing
