Well, the one thing I don't like is that if I close the program the speaker behavior doesn't return to normal. It stays in whatever was the last behavior chosen. So if you re route sound to the internal speaker and close the program after making a call and then open the Media Player for example, the sound still will come out through the internal speaker.

I can live with it in the mean time though. It's great not to be dependent on a headset to make a Skype phone call.
