I didn't drop the phone or applied pressure to it in any way. It was in my pocket and I was out during a cold night. When i got home i saw that the screen had a crack from top to bottom. I also have the screen protector on since day one. The phone still works perfectly, but that crack is disturbing
I have the sprint $7 TEP but i hear they charge for screen replacements.
I dont want to shell out a 100 bux for the screen. Any way to convince sprint to replace it for me?? that TEP for 7 bux cant even replace a cracked screen. why call it TEP
