What programs have you installed lately? Have you done a hard reset? As far as text size, I thought the same thing for a while. Got totally confused but then I happened to catch myself accidentally skimming the touch wheel with my middle finger. If i were you though if you haven't added any programs that might cause a conflict, I would back up the phone and do a hard reset and see if that takes care of your problems.

Others on here will say just flash a new rom but that's not the answer like they would have you to believe.
