Ok. So here are the Manila tweaks I was able to successfully put on to JD's windows Mobile 6.5 ROM. This is for thous trying to but The new TF3D on 6.5. And my results.

First I disabled TF3D then soft reset. (Orange means installed and works, red means installed but did not work)

Installed Policy CAB-Successful
Installed Rodium Manila CAB-Successful
Installed New Contact Card CAB-Successful

After installing the above CAB and soft reset the phone still operated.
From the optional Folder.

Installed Rodium Menus Enhancement-Successful
Installed Rodium Notification Enhancment-Successful

In order for these Menus Enhancment to work you must download
gwes.exe
gwes.exe.0409.mui
and drag the files to the windows directory menu using recofile explorer or total commander. Problem presides here. When you soft reset the phone it is bricked at the Touch Pro intro Screen and will not open windows. So if you want Rodium Manila you cannot have the menu or notification just yet. But I hope soon.
