The speed is great now. The last two builds have been blazing fast. There are still a few glitches here and there... but the OS is definitely at the point where it can be used day to day without the need for Manila. Hope that helps. As far a weather tab for titanium, I don't think there are any other options right now. I'm sure that there will be a fix soon but, for now, I wouldn't try it because it creates a script error that can only be fixed by reflashing (as far as I could tell).
