The file you are looking for is phcanOverbmp.dll, there are others in the TSOWEN Taskbar thread that you may like. Here is the one that I am using if you would like to use it. It is like the one that was included in GR7, but a little different. Just unzip it to your Windows folder, I would suggest editing the original first to phcanOverbmp.dll.old in the case you don't like this one. Use the screenshot for reference. Best of luck.
