in your sounds and notification settings there is a "repeat" option that you can check, but it's usually greyed out. There's a regedit to make the box checkable, but some people report that it still doesn't make there notification sounds repeat. So, what most people do is use 3rd party software. alarmPal or phoneAlarm (mentioned by journeyman73 above) is a good one but there are several of them out there that are made for this very purpose because it is a popular feature that is wanted but microsoft failed to deliver on. just google "repeat notifications windows mobile" and you'll see the regedit i mentioned and 3rd party software for this.
