I just tested a text message to myself from gmail using messaging.sprintpcs.com and I get the notification, can see it in both the TF3D list and the SMS inbox.
One other thing I wanted to mention. Did you hard reset after flashing 4.16? I didnt used to do that but started to a few versions ago and am experiencing far less *bugs*. Course thats probably because Mike rocks and these ROMS are awesome!  |
Awesome...thanks for the link. Yes, I always hard reset after a flash just to be safe.
I already hard reset Mike's ROM since I needed to text during lunch. So I should just be able to install 5.0.82.79... thanks for the quick response.
If I can get this to work I'll be a happy man! I liked Merdin's ROMS but the issue with the ringer always going quiet and not vibrating or ringing is a huge issue for me. I'm very impressed with this ROM so far. I just want to make sure everything works before I start modding my theme and taskbar, buttons and such.
