yeah it wouldnt let me order from the site, just told me to take it to a sprint store..

and yeah i have the insurance so maybe thats why. this is my 3rd ppc phone ( 3rd pro as well) so i'll be glad to pay for the insurance, i have learned that along the way.
i actually upgraded to the pro from the mogul because of the insurance. so i didnt pay anything and i didnt have to sign up for 2 more years.
