Yes, it does have all original accessories and then some. It's got the original docking station, the original wall charger that can be plugged into the docking station or the phone, and the usb cable that it connects to for data/independent pc charging. I've got another big aftermarket dock charger for it as well, but whoever decides to buy it can decide if they want it or not since it'll just increase shipping.

It was working on Sprint. I believe I changed it back to Verizon (went back and forth a few times)... but I'll have to check. I was intending return it to factory settings if it wasn't already.
