This is really close to what I'm looking for, but what I really want is a lock application that is completely transparent except for a slider bar or something. That way I can view TF3D's Home tab and the Windows Mobile title bar. Preferrably something that unlocks when a phone call is coming in, since I already have the slide-to-answer phone canvas installed.

Does anyone happen to know of something like this?
