Actually after some thought and some simple research I changed my mind on MightMikes title. His ROM is actually a fact. He does "Rule All"! If you look at the replies and the views of his thread it is just totally dominating. I looked at some of the other Custom ROM threads and they aren't even close.
If it is a race, it would have been called already because of the mercy rule.
