This usually happens when you have your phone connected via usb to your computer. When something tries to update to your internal storage, it isnt finding your internal because it is being used by your computer. My fix, I just deleted the extra internal storage that didnt have all my saved files in it and soft reset the phone. Worked for me.

EDIT: Scratch this. Didnt realize you couldnt find your internal storage at all. And I quoted the wrong person. Sorry Whitesoxxx, Your suggestion is correct for his problem.
