I don't know what the minimum is. Start with my base, and get it to boot (don't use TouchFlo or Enlarge Start Menu), then reduce the oems a few at at time. I had lots of unbootable builds before I got it right with 6.5.

Change the start menu icons how? Go back to 3 columns instead of 4? If so, I posted a cab one page back, and it's linked to in the first post.
