1.) Change the time and date on the phone manually to the desired timestamp you'd like the call history to have (don't forget to shut off automatic time sync in the settings).

2.) Make a call and hang up right away, even before it rings (it just has to enter your phone log, doesn't have to actually connect).

3.) Turn auto sync back on.

4.) Have fiance/boyfriend/parent or whoever your were intending to deceive discover your phone bill (that CAN'T have its timestamp rigged).

5.) Post back here with an update about how your scheme has been busted and watch hilarity ensue.
