Yes it as been upgraded to the 6.1. The ROM version is 3.57.502.2. It includes the following:

- MS Voice Command
- OneNote Mobile
- Remote Desktop Monitor
- Enroll Domain
- Managed Programs
- PTT Button now available for reassignment under Start>Settings>Buttons.
