I have the same phone as you from the same provider and I don't have that issue. I had to take a 2 day break and return my phone yesterday because I guess too many flashes and what not made my keyboard unusable anymore. Sprint gave me a brand new in the box replacement and all the issues I was having before are gone. I got my phone the very 1st day it came out back in October, so this might be something you may need....
