Hey Bjohn, I'm having the same issues with mine so your not alone! It is very annoying. I have had mine for about 2 months now and even tried a hard reset 3 days ago with no luck. Mine will even answer a call by itself when trying to get out of my case. I think UNKNOWN ZONE has the answer and will wait to see what he has to say. Thanks to this site I may get some answers as Sprint has no idea or help for me.
