sorry, just annoyed that I can't get this thing to work properly.
It's the stock rom. carrier is sprint, purchased brand new from bestbuy. I didn't install anything on the phone yet. I tried a number of soft resets, removing battery etc... For some reason I haven't been able to do a hard reset, still trying...
