Hey guys I just decided to stop procrastinating and uninstall opmon and installed personalizer. I will let you know if I see any of the same issues with it. I never used opmon before moving to Mystery ROMs I've always used personalizer and I never saw the carrier name change like I do with opmon. So hopefully it will work for us. i will keep you all posted.

hey all, in just half an hour I can already tell that personalizer is a big improvement over opmon. With opmon the carrier name was totally random, sometime it was what you set, some times not. With personalizer I noticed only when coming out of sleep( and not everytime) the carrier name displayed would be stock but only for a second and then it changes to whatever you set. Can someone else try it out and confirm. Mystery you should check it out and maybe consider replacing opmon with personalizer, they are pretty much the same app anyway. hope this helps! |
I think personalizer is better but when I tried to use the authors OEM, it didn't work and so I made one for Opmon and it work. This is what I can do: Remove Opmon from the ROM and put personalizer instead and make it removeable by going to settings>remove programs. Does that sound good to you guys??
