its not out yet, but the HTC Rhodium that will be coming out in Q3 looks drop dead gorgeous!!
it looks like a Touch HD with a kb. *drooooooool*
as for phones already out, i would say HTC Touch Pro or Diamond. depends whether you need the kb or not.
