You should read through
this tread about returning your device. It has information about both Sprint and manufacturer returns. Regarding InvisibleShield you should be able to return it for free replacement. Although I'd recommend taking this opportunity to try another body cover like BodyGuardz instead. I know I'm glad I switched.
