Notification manager works fine for me on the TP2 manila. As for the grey highlights issue, I haven't seen it but then again, I did change the notification bubble to red now, so I would say try it and see

The GPS issue was fixed in the reuploaded Beta 2 kitchen, so you might of had the older non working version. As for Teeter, the issue was the 3 sounds files had the wrong extension, so it caused the no sound issue. As for the splash, its a custom one I had from the new HTC logo

The CDMA issue was for the TP2 manila but like I said above, the GPS issue was fixed on the last reuploaded kitchen. As for how to create the file from modules, just drop the folder on top of RecMod and it will create the dll in the folder
