I refuse to pay for insurance that costs half the phones price to replace something that is usually a defect from the manufacturer. So yes, a regular phone. I not prone to dropping my phones, either on the ground or in the toilet like some people, so i feel i dont need insurance lol.
I had a Sanyo 8100, 2- Samsung M610 (great phone too!) and 2 Instincts replaced no questions asked. Of course it helps that i have a friend who works there, but then he knows what employees of Sprint can and cannot do.
