Never ever delete the whole NETCompactFramework, the reason being, the NCF 2.0.7045.00, 2.0.7048.00 are also in the there, a lot of apps still need these files... The only file to be deleted is the NCF 3.5 and it's to be reinstalled immediately with the updated version NCF 3.5, never ever delete the whole thing... You will cause problems for your TP, it will act very erratic...
