I closed everything, turned off TF3D, and am around 50% of my RAM used. Still no dice . Any advice?
Hi there, give this a try, it should solve your issues installing,
Solution:
1. download mobile registry editor
2. delete entry \local machine\software\microsoft\netcompactframework (delete all of it)
3. re-install net compact framework 3.5
