Try flashing a rom from RSTG like his v1.7.24, I have been running this on my TP and it has been running almost flawless. The only issue I noticed with this rom is on the calendar tab when you hit it and the calendar comes up then you hit the "Now" key and it should go to the today screen of calendar but it doesn't. Other than that RSTG rom's work great on the Touch Pro. Or you can DL the kitchen from GC and make your own rom there, his kitchen is easy to use.
