Who are they kidding? The community fixes the flaws they leave behind in their rush to release. By remotely considering legal action against XDA, they better at least have employees that serve a comparable replacement.
Even then, I'd ditch the format.
Windows Mobile aint that great. Without customizations, it's crap.
