Flashed, ok. Go to all programs to start customizing. It has, some folders labeled weird like B or $ or #. And some of the shortcuts are missing.

I hard reset. Folders are gone, shortcuts are there, but don't work.

reflash and hard reset again. kinda works but then freezes during installing something. I reboot but it sticks at the htc screen forever

I'll have to stick with 4.6 for now
dont give up! All you need to do is flash the shipped rom again, then flash back to Mighty 4.7, hard reset one more time via clear storage in setting>system tab>clear storage and it will work flawlessly. If you changed the radio, you will need to flash this again. go to this thread.
