Yeah the start icon is supposed to change, but you have to do it manually. After you install tsowen's tasbkar, extract the files from the tsowen cab file and rename:
shellres.192.dll
to:
shellres.192.dll.0409.mui
then take that file and paste it in the Windows folder using a file manager that will let you overwrite files from the ROM.
What is sdcerts supposed to do anyway? Also, is that all Neupowerdriver does (give 1% incriments for the battery)?
