install went smooth. i even installed the BBExtreme5 theme over top without issue.... there seems to be a little bit of a conflict with KKs ROM though. as i understand it, TF2 is not supposed to have the keyboard popup on startup, but this still happens for me....so something seems to be hanging around from the TFHD. other then that, everything seems to be "fine"

but as others have pointed out there are issues...most are small and someone else posted MightyMikes review which is a good summary, thought i'm sure many more will pop up.

dealbreakers for me:
1. texting is broken on cdma
2. i can't seem to get the programs tab to appear a CAB is included to add it, but i haven't had success with it
3. it crashes a lot on the people tab sub-screens so unless you have someone in your favorates or they're one of the top15 alphabetically, you have like a 5% chance of actually being able to call them with it.
4. it's the laggiest version of TF i've used

this isn't technically a dealbreaker, more of an annoyance...it is NOT uninstallable. i wish i knew that before i installed.....

all that being said, it has great potential and i can't wait for a more complete/stable release...the additional functionallity is awesome. words can't describe how heartbroken i was when i tried to send a text on that sweet interface and got the sim card error... the new stock tab is awesome, as is the ability to reorder tabs. not that i'd ever really use it, but having landscape is pretty cool.

hopefully they make progress on the CDMA text issue because that is huge...but i have a feeling this will be near the bottom of the list in their proirities as most of the xda-dev community is GSM and near the top in complexity...who knows, maybe Sprint will bless us with a proper CDMA version of it in the next official update. but i won't be holding breath for that.
